What?

We are so excited to kick off the 7th annual Utah IM Mountain Challenge this upcoming fall 2025! The Mountain Challenge is a wellness initiative put on by the residency program to encourage us to embrace our local natural beauty, get active, and build community. Most of us already like to get outside, but we could all use a push from some friendly competition.

The Utah IM Mountain Challenge is made up of 16 classic hikes, in and around our beloved Wasatch mountains. We hope all of you will consider participating as a way to promote wellness and familiarize yourselves with this gorgeous area.
