UTAH IM MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE
#UtahIMMountainChallenge
What?
The 7th annual Utah IM Mountain Challenge kicks off on Friday, August 1st, 2025! The Mountain Challenge is a wellness initiative hosted by the Internal Medicine residency program to encourage us to embrace the local natural beauty, get active, and build community. Most of us already like to get outside, but we could all use a push from some friendly competition.
The Utah IM Mountain Challenge is made up of 16 classic hikes, in and around our beloved Wasatch mountains. We hope all of you will consider participating as a way to promote wellness and familiarize yourselves with this gorgeous area.
